No Hassle Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at Define Clothing.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase in any way whatsoever we will aim to refund your product within 24 hours upon request. Please note: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to us. (Please keep your proof of purchase to hand in the unlikely event we do not receive your item.)


You have 30 calendar days to return your item from the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging with tags.

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.


Once we have received your item, we will inspect the product and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

The timescale in which you will receive the credit will be according to your card issuer’s policies.


As mentioned above you are responsible for all shipping costs. If your item is in new, undamaged condition and your refund has been approved the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please do not order multiple products and sizes with the intention to send them back. If you are unsure about the sizing or if you would like any additional help please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you with your order.

Sale Items

Please note: Sale items are non refundable. We are happy to replace sale items if you have ordered the wrong size but to prevent any error we ask that you please refer to the size chart which you will find in all product descriptions.
